The British Chamber of Commerce Germany regularly commissions Drei Löwen to host various event formats – from smaller VIP receptions to larger networking events in Berlin.
Flexible canapé and bowl concepts are used to support discussions and exchange, and are geared towards the occasion, location and guest structure. Thanks to the close cooperation, the culinary implementation can be continuously tailored to the respective event goals.
To mark the Day of German Unity in 2025, Drei Löwen took over the catering for the event at the German Embassy in Ankara. The task was to provide 3,500 guests with a culinary concept based on Hessian specialties.
The implementation covered several floors of the residence as well as various distribution points. A central component of the planning was the organization of product imports from Germany and the coordination of all processes under the local conditions.
To mark the Day of German Unity in 2025, Drei Löwen was responsible for the culinary implementation at the residence of the German Embassy in London. Food with a regional connection was offered to the approximately 600 invited guests at several market stands.
As the event encompassed all levels of the residence, detailed planning of the logistical processes was necessary to ensure smooth service within the diplomatic setting.
Since 2023, Drei Löwen has been catering the Oktoberfest of the British Chamber of Commerce in Germany at selected, historical venues in London, including Mansion House, 8 Northumberland, and Inner Temple.
For the approximately 600 guests from business and culture, we create a high-quality three-course menu that combines traditional elements with the formal setting of a corporate event. As the event deliberately takes place outside of classic tent structures, precise adaptation to the location, process, and guest structure is required.
Since 2023, Drei Löwen has been supporting Novomatic AG at international trade fair appearances. At Fira Barcelona and London ExCeL, we are responsible for the gastronomic implementation of one of Europe’s largest exhibition stands, catering to up to 65,000 guests.
Our task includes the parallel realization of seven different concepts: from employee catering to boardroom menus and VIP hospitality, as well as the supply of the main stand. This requires precise coordination of logistics, kitchen technology, and service processes over several days of the event.
